Scary isn't it? We are getting to the Christmas countdown!
Where has the time gone, really? It seems like it flies. Didn't it seem like when we were kids the days were endless? Summer vacation was a lifetime, in and of itself.
Speaking of childhood, my son has been home sick from school. I have to work today so I really hope there is no fever, sore throat or some horrible disease when he gets up this morning. I've got to go and make some Christmas money today...yikes!
Anyway, while he was sleeping yesterday, I went back to making another mixed media painting. It has a lot of the colors like in the previous one. I really fell in love with that cobalt blue. I couldn't resist using it again as a background.

All I want for Christmas is a new camera! A really, really good one. Well, I can dream can't I? I'm tired of using the old point and shoot. I have a blog to think about, I really need it for my artistic work. Hee hee, okay, okay, my husband doesn't think so either! I'm only doing it for your viewing pleasure. Just sayin!
